Read to the Dogs
Children can come to the library and practice their reading in a relaxed atmosphere with a patient listener. Trained therapy dogs will sit calmly and quietly for a story. This is a great way for children to gain confidence in their reading.

Bookmobile Launch Party
Celebrate the launch of the Rio Rancho Public Library Bookmobile with us at Loma Colorado Main Library on Saturday, January 11th from 1:00pm - 3:00pm! Enjoy family-friendly activities, tour the new Bookmobile, and grab free hot chocolate (while supplies last)! The Bookmobile will bring all your favorite library materials to parks, senior centers, and more throughout Rio Rancho. All ages welcome!

Toughest Monster Trucks Tour
The Toughest Monster Truck Tour has a very high standard of production resulting in a renewed spirit of excitement and creativity that most venues and fans haven’t seen for years. We pride ourselves on delivering quality, safe and exciting events with professional standards in place. One can definitely feel the energy and enthusiasm created by our events just by listening to and watching the fans as they exit the venue after the show.

Toughest Monster Trucks Tour
“The Toughest Monster Truck Tour is always on dirt, unlike some other monster truck events in the area,” said Kelly Hess Goldman, the event promoter. “We’ll be bringing in 80 dump truck loads of dirt to build lots of big dirt jumps that include old-school crush cars and racing that involves lots of turns which is often just as exciting as the freestyle.. You can’t make an event this exciting without the dirt,” she added.
