Baby Storytime

Every Monday from 9–11 AM, the entire museum is open early for our youngest visitors to explore, play, and discover.

Puerta al Tango welcomes you to try a really fun, chill and non-judgmental style of learning authentic Argentine Tango which is a subtle and dynamic dance between equals

St. Patricks Day Treasure Hunt
Come and join us at the Alamosa Library as we learn about and celebrate this St. Patrick’s Day. Make your own Leprechaun Lookers and use them to help find clues on your Scavenger Hunt. Recommended for ages 5 - 12, all ages are welcome. Don’t forget to wear green!

St. Patrick’s Day Celebration
Get ready to go green this St. Patrick's Day at Noisy Water Winery! We're hosting a festive celebration across all our tasting rooms with plenty of green drinks to keep the good times flowing. Enjoy refreshing green pints of cider or beer for just $5.
Throughout the day, we’ll be offering a FREE taste of our famous Besito Caliente Green Chile Wine! If you love it, grab a bottle for only $17 to take home and spice up your own celebrations!

Plant Swap
Bring a plant, leave a plant, trade a plant. Expand your current plant library and meet other fellow plant enthusiasts in the community. We will be donating a few plants to get the collection started. Plant your intentions for the week with us Monday nights at our plant swap.

Shamrocks and Shenanigans
Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with good times at Canteen! Festive food and beer specials all day at both the Canteen Taproom (417 Tramway Blvd NE) and Canteen Brewhouse (2381 Aztec Rd NE). Always family-friendly and dogs are welcome on the patio! At 5 p.m., bagpipes will fill the air at both locations, setting the perfect festive tone. Then, at the Brewhouse, enjoy live music from Dirty Old Town ABQ from 6-8 p.m.

Stories & Music In the Sky
Join us for Stories and Music in the Sky at the Balloon Museum every Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m.
Each session will be followed by craft activities based on the weekly theme.
Every week, the Balloon Museum offers Stories in the Sky and Music in the Sky programs which are programs for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Stories in the Sky and Music in the Sky is led by Storyteller and Music Educator, Maryse Lapierre, who brings stories to life as she shares stories and music from around the world in multiple languages while incorporating books, songs, fingerplays, and movement.
